Is There More Then 1 Homeward Bound Movie? My daughter sasha saw the first one and wants to know if there is another. Is there? |
Yes there is.
The second one takes places in San Francisco where the whole family moves to.
I rented it for my 4 year old daughter last week and we got it at the videostore. It is soo good :) |
What is the first homeward bound movie and who played the voice of the old dog? when they got married who played the old dog |
| It was the late actor Don Ameche. |
What is the name of a waterfall that looks like the one in Homeward Bound(movie)? My other question like this was a little sloppy because I was in a rush.
I just want it to be like in 150ft. elevation and about 10 ft. across with a lot of water flow and a river to jump down to that's like 20 ft. deep(or deeper) |

Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey (1993)
Continuity: When Peter is saying goodbye to Shadow at Kate's ranch, the grass around Shadow changes between shots.
Continuity: When the animals are escaping the farm by jumping fence, Chance knocks over a garbage can. The next scene, the can is upright and Chance uses it to help the escape.
Factual errors: The brown (grizzly) bear Chance faces does not reproduce American black bear-cubs.
Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Sassy shakes her head during mealtime at the kitchen of the woman temporarily watching the animals, a bell rings although no cat bell can be seen on her collar.
Continuity: The marks on Chance's face from getting hit by the porcupine change in nearly every shot, and at one point disappear all together, but are back in the next shot.
Revealing mistakes: In the scene where the animals get to the overlook of the mountain after running away, a clicker training device can be heard in use as the animals complete the scene.
Continuity: In the kitchen scene when the pets are being fed, a Seal Point Siamese cat appears as Sassy. Seconds later, the correct breed -- a Seal Point Himalayan -- is shown.
Errors in geography: Grizzly bears are not found in the mountains of California.
Audio/visual unsynchronized: After Laura closes the gate on Chance, she says, "Frank will be by to feed you later," but her mouth isn't moving as she's saying it.
Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Chance is eating Sassy's cat food at Miss Kate's house, it sounds like he's eating it out of a metal dish instead of a plastic dish.
Crew or equipment visible: When Kate finishes writing the note, she places it on the table, grabs her hat and leaves the barn (or shack). The door slams shut and the blast of air knocks the note off the table and onto the floor. Just for a brief second after the note has fallen, something that resembles a foot can be seen in the upper left-hand corner.
Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Originally, Chance called the Mountain Lion a Big Cat implying he doesn't know what it's called. Later in the film however, Chance calls the Mountain Lion by it's correct name. www.imdb.com/title/tt0107131/goof… |

A homeward bound movie/original in the 80s? any takers? boy and his dog; family moves across country. the dog gets left somehow but cant remember how/why. The family travels by car;and the dog goes on a journey across the country to find the boy. The whole movie is the journey of the dog.I cant remember the breed of the dog but he was a medium to large medium sized dog and it wasnt animated or homeward bound and the dog made it home after the family lost hope except for the boy that stared across the fields in search and hopes that the dog would come home and his dad tried to explain to his son that the dog was gone till the end the dog was in the field and then came running across towards the boy an 80s original a very good movie just havent seen it in over 20 plus years |
I know you said it wasn't Homeward Bound but that ending screams Homeward Bound. When Chance and Sassie came home, but Shadow didn't, and then he appeared there. It was very touching and heartwarming. Could it have been Lassie? Both movies are from the 90's though. There was an original Homeward bound that had different actors in it. Try that. I'm pretty sure it wasn't Milo and Otis.
EDIT: Could it be Benji? Sounder? Shilo? |
Does anyone know the breed of the dog "trixie" in the Homeward bound II movie? She was in the group of strays, and she was of dark color |
The only dark dog in the group is Riley, the leader. I would say he is a golden retriever mix, possiblty with leonberger.
Trixie is one of the commentators at the baseball game at the beginnig of the film. She is a German Shepherd.
(There is also a saddlemarked collie in the group her name is Sledge and she is sort of dark coloured) |

Animal Cruelty in Homeward Bound Movie? The Scene where Sassy the Cat is in the river..
theres no way that , that was a fake cat in the river. its blantently distressed, and panicking... i know they did do it, but how could they put an animal under such trauma? there even a bit where you can see the cat comin above the water then shaking its head , and then going under again... that cat was real, how could they get away with that!! |
| Are you serious? I loved those movies as a guy, and Milo and Otus. I've been wanting to watch them again but now I am put off. Google about it and see. That is so mean. They better have took care of her after. |
